What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a professional that provides administrative, technical, or creative assistance to clients remotely. Virtual Assistants are independent contractors rather than employees.
Where are you based?

I live and work in Geneva (Switzerland). Also I am fully bilingual French & English, and having lived in both Europe and North America, I am familiar with both working style.

Do you provide in-person consultations / services?

Though I provide my services mostly remotely, for clients located in the Geneva area (including Vaud Canton & neighboring France), I can, if they wish provide in-person consultation / services.

How do I communicate with you?
I use a variety of methods to communicate with my clients including Hangouts, Skype, phone, email, social media, and project management software. When we start working together, we will discuss which method(s) you prefer and setup a process.
How can I assign tasks/projects to you?
In order to avoid misunderstandings and errors, all assignements must be submitted in writing via email or through our Project Management Portal.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
For bookkeeping I use Wave Accounting, but if you already have one that you prefer, I can certainly work with it.
What forms of payments do you accept?
I will send you invoices on our agreed terms and you will have the option to pay through bank transfer or PayPal.
Can I report unsued hours to the following month?
For optimal organizational reasons, having a certain number of hours allocated to each client each month, unfortunately I can not  report unused hours to the following month (except exceptional circumstances). That’s why I encourage you to select a plan (or ask for a personalized plan) that suits your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?

MONTHLY PLANS: There is a minimum 3 months committment for the monthly plan. Past this period, you can cancel your plan with one (1) month notice, and will be effective at the end of the following month. (i.e.: If you cancel your plan on March 31st, it will be effective on April 30th)

HOURLY RATE: Hours being paid in advance, you can cancel anytime. Please note that billed hours will not be refunded even if unused.

What currency do you use?

 

I am based in Switzerland, so my main currency is the Swiss Franc (CHF). Although, depending on our agreement, I can also bill you in EUR or USD.
